Can children come?

Yes, under 5s get in for free and all people under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21.

14s and over can enter without an adult.

Can I get cash on site?

No. The nearest cash point is located in the town.

Can I bring my own alcohol onto the site?

No.

We like everyone to have a good time and hate having to search people on their way in. But as a community festival we are a "not for profit" organisation which focuses on putting on the best possible line-up and we therefore rely on the bar to help us fund the bands we book. That's why we are asking people not to bring their own alcohol. The bar is fairly priced and offers plenty of local lagers, bitters and ciders as well as wine, prosecco and soft drinks.

Can I bring my own food onto the site?

Yes, but no glass containers please.

What time is the bar open until?

The bar will be open until 10.30pm.

I've lost my phone/wallet/keys/child. What shall I do?

If it's something like your phone or wallet speak to one of our friendly stewards and they will check with the office to see if it's been handed in. Items will be kept for three months after the festival. Anything not claimed by then will be disposed of. In terms of your children we suggest you point out our info tent as a meet up point. If the children head there we will have a member of staff who will reunite you as soon as possible.

Can I bring my dog/cat/hamster/bearded dragon?

Sadly, unless it is a registered guide dog, no animals are allowed on site.

What should I bring?

The answer is hopefully not much. We have a fabulous bar and varied onsite catering. However if you would like to bring something to sit on, like a rug or small foldable chairs then please feel free. Hopefully sun cream, but if it is wet, wellies would be a good idea as it is all on grass.

I'm a trader, journalist or just want to volunteer. Who should I speak to?
